At Reach Leadership Network (“RLN”), we strive to provide high-quality leadership training, educational content, and digital resources. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Digital Products and Online Courses
All sales of digital products, downloadable materials, recorded content, and online courses are final.
Once access to a digital product or course has been granted, no refunds will be issued. We encourage you to review all product details carefully before completing your purchase.
Memberships and Subscriptions
Membership fees are non-refundable once a payment has been processed.
If you choose to cancel your membership, you will continue to have access to membership benefits until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds or prorated refunds are provided for unused time.
Workshops, Seminars, and Live Events
Refund requests for workshops, seminars, or live events must be submitted at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled event date.
Refund requests made within seven (7) days of the event are not eligible for a refund.

To request a refund when eligible, please contact us at info@reachleadershipnetwork.com and include your order details.
Approved refunds will be processed within seven (7) to ten (10) business days, depending on your payment provider.
Exceptions
Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in cases of duplicate charges, billing errors, or circumstances required by law.
